Welding
is
important par for Used trailers because condition is not as good as new one
when someone get old trailers so different welding techniques are used for the rotten
trailers to give them new shapes some of them are stated as follows:-
For new starters MIG is the process to join a metal
through Arc Heat in this arc is provided between melt electrode and sheet need
to joined it is easy to use and basically for the best to sheet metal work.
TIG
welding is used for jointing different kinds of broken parts such as but joints
, t joints , lap joints corner joints and it is the process in which tig
electrode and meta to which weld is done and inert gas is passed for joining.
For industrial process MIG is better than TIG. ER70S
and ER703 are the MIG wires which
are basically used for welding.
Sometimes where electricity availability so one
should prefer Arc welding in this using electricity which melts metal and using
same material we join the metals and precautions should be taken care because
of ultraviolet rays comes so better to use black google while working with this
technique.
Welding of pipes is important in used trailers
because pipes provide the outlet for smoke three processes which are GTAW, GMAW and arc welding with shield metal.
It also reduces smoke and spatter.
Basically the electrode
gun we use for welding process uses very high melting technique and it uses
tungsten filament.
So not only these for small wiring we use soldering technique which basically
works on low melting point technique.
